Likely the best form factor of VR controllers on the market. Perhaps not as good at tracking as its successor, but superior in every other way. Wish I would have bought these long ago

I bought a Oculus Rift sensor and controllers hoping to get them working with a different brand of VR goggles. I was able to get the sensor recognized but when I tried to get the controllers working the software said it needed the Oculus headset. Apparently the controllers do not work with early Oculus goggles. It may be that the Controllers talk directly to the headset rather than the computer, or Oculus writes their drivers and software to make it hard to used the controllers without their goggles. Recently Oculus began selling the controllers with the headset as a package, essentially giving the controllers away in the deal.

Fine controllers at an excellent price (I paid about $115 for these controllers). They really make the Oculus an excellent VR system, and I highly recommend these if you wish to have a proper Oculus experience.

This is with out a doubt the most expensive controller I've ever bought. However, it's also the absolute best. The design is ingenious. That it easily functions as both a traditional game controller and as a sort of "virtual glove" is brilliant.
