    Crystal clear water in one week.

    Using it on 40 gallon aquarium, upgrade from standard trickle filter. Unit came with everything needed to start. Ceramic, bioballs, charcoal pouch and filters. Took me 30 min or so to set up, soak the hoses in hot water to make them easier to straighten. About a week and tank water is literally crystal clear and fish are more active. I definitely recommend.

    [UPDATE]

    After receiving it the first time, it was pretty good on my 60 gallon. I soon realized that it wasn’t strong enough to pump out water to keep the top moving or circulated. I did internal cleaning to make sure the motor was good, but it turns out to be the same. This filter would probably do good on a 20-40 gallon tank, I haven’t tried it yet but I can say it probably isn’t for the bigger tanks. It did come with everything including filter media. I hope this can help anyone decide on whether to get it or not.

    Great product

    Extremely quite. Great value was concerned with the low price but very satisfied. Very easy to assemble. Using the hairdryer to soften the intake and outgoing hose is good advice. Took a bit to get it primed but I can't believe how good and quite. I highly recommend.

    great quality piece of equipment and value.

    Great, I Use in my outdoor 75 gallon koi pond. filter is easy to open and clean when needed. Only suggestion to co. Is.. include better directions on the order of how the filter pads trays and media how they are to be placed in canister. and how to prime out air when completed cleaning. I figured it out. It is a great filter and inexpensive too.
