This is my first time using a steamer. It works well for cleaning my own cars as well as a few details for friends. It is light and easy to move around. In bright sunlight it's hard to tell when the orange light goes out to tell you when it's ready. No big deal though. When first pulling the trigger don't have it in the car as some water that's in the hose will spray out for a few seconds before it turns to steam. Again not a big deal, it gets the job done for me! Nice assortment of accessories as well.

Use the crevice tool and get creative if you dont want steam burns when the plastic welds separate on the long extension

VERY easy to use. But need to be careful. The steamer works very quickly and is quite hot, does a great job of getting ground om dirt loosened out of carpeting and tight crevices so a vacuum cleaner can follow up and suck the debris out. Carpet and upholstery look new.
