Awesome high quality product. Coverage was as stated a lil less in areas with more cracks. Dried normal to slow due to high humidity in air when installing. Not a fault of the product, but one of the weather and when I used it. Would recommend to anyone with asphalt or cement drive.

On Oct 27 2019, I applied 25 (5 gallon buckets) of Latexite Driveway Sealer to my driveway. I followed all preparatory directions (swept/blew off driveway, removed all oil/grease, powerwashed, permitted to dry, and applied with squeegee after thoroughly mixing with power paddle from bottom to top to achieve homogenous consistency). I applied the Latexite and upon completion 8 hours after beginning, my driveway looked great! Unfortunately, 2 weeks later, isolated areas began to spontaneously peel from the surface. It has now been slightly more than 5 months from the date of application, and most of the product has peeled from the driveway surface. I'm hoping that you can help me. Thanks!

I bought Walmart stuff at the same time. It had more water and less tarry substance. This product smells worse and costs a bit more but I am buying more of it. It goes further and looks better.

It is a great product. I have a small driveway. It took 3 x 4.75 gallons to barely cover the driveway. I really think that need to put another 4.75 gallons to really finish the job. The product came from the Home Depot warehouse. Home Depot sells the same product for 21 dollars. It is about 19 dollars if you buy three at one time from Home Depot.
