NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE TIMES 3 (as in multiple plants purchased)!
Packaging damaged during delivery, but plants were in POOR condition to begin with. Contacted Seller upon receipt and that began the worst customer service episode. I am not responsible for condition at delivery; you are! In addition to which, I was SIGNIFICANTLY overcharged on shipping charge for the plant material I received.
I provided pictures. There is no disputing the issue. You file a claim with USPS: refund me now!

This Neglect buyer left Package content 3 Bamboo Plants for 5 days in the PO Box in the HOT Weather, despite i sent 2 remind messages. I'm immediately agreed and paid for return Shipping Label when she complain. Package arrived back here with only 2 DEAD Plants cover with trashes. Keep One for herself. NO SELF RESPECT PERSON.
