I had inquired to make sure these toothbrushes were OEM and not knock off. 2 days later after not hearing back I bit the bullet and ordered. The package came fast, but the tooth brush packaging was slightly opened on one side. Enough that someone could potentially contaminate a brush and unsuspectingly put it back in. Working in the food packaging industry, I find this a potential health concern, especially since this is something you are putting in your mouth. All tooth brushes in packaging did have protectant caps on the bristles. Overall, the brushes seem to be working well and the bristles seem to be strong. Still not sure if these are OEM.

Works better than the original toothbrush head. I have a black brush and decidead to go with a black brush head this time. Personally I preffer better how the white one looks, any way, not a big deal. It wors perfectly and snaps perfecly in place.

I had stopped into Target to get new brush heads for my Sonicare, and *two* little brush heads cost $30, and that just seemed ridiculous. Went home to look online and found these. A 4 pack for $15. Now that's what I'm talking about. They arrived quickly and and are just what I needed. Thank you!

It's a 5 star product because of the price. These brushes are softer than NON-OEM brushes that I purchased elsewhere. I didn't know that the NON-OEM brushes weren't as good, but experience has been a great teacher. NON-OEM brushes probably don't have the replacement reminder built in, which is another thing that makes them cheaper than OEM.

Good quality Sonicare brush head replacement. The black is sleek and pairs nicely with blue or black toothbrush models.
