We bought 1 chair to see how good it is. The first one we got was perfect. We unpacked and assembled the chair. We really like the chair, so we decided to buy another four chairs. On our 2nd, one chair the leather seat has a few small scratches on the bottom side of the arm chair. One chair the seat was broken. We contacted the seller and send about 10 pictures or so to show the damaged. They then said they will send a replacement and the damaged chair we can keep as parts.
