I've been using Braun for over 20 years and this the first time that the brush head will not spin like it has the past. I have to keep pulling the head off while the motor is running and push the head only part the way back on to get it to work at only part of the normal speed. Tried to save a little dough by using knock-offs of this replacement brush head in the past. They simply were cheaply made and didn't last but a couple of weeks. The original Oral b heads are far better quality and show no signs of failure until they wear out the bristles, at which time you change heads, as recommenced.
