There's some great advice in here and I've already lost a few pounds just from being on it for a few days. I'm on the modified diet, but I don't see how anyone can go without eating fish or chicken and just stick to the smoothies and veggies for 10 days. Good book overall. The author has left out some details as far as getting all the items together but overall its good stuff.
