Just when you thought Elvis could not get any better they put an orchestra behind him! His rich, mellow voice is superbly complemented by the power and subtleties that only an orchestra can bring to the occasion. I thoroughly recommend this album.

This cd is brilliant. Elvis always wanted to sing with an orchestra he would be very proud of this I'm sure. It's worth every penny. Got another copy because I've played the other one so much and I couldn't be without a cd of this. He's my hero anyone, the king always.

Most music of the 50s and 60s never ages and anything to do with Elvis, more so. Obviously I have all these songs and have seen many of them performed either in films or in his Las Vegas show but the accompaniment by the Royal Philharmonic adds a dimension quite unimagined. The CD is, quite simply, brilliant! Drive with the windows down and the volume up, this deserves to be shared with anyone and all.
