Item is new in the Retro-styled package reminiscent of the 90s X-Men figures. Dazzler has a good paint application, full articulate for a variety of comic book poses, and some transparent pink sparkle effects at go over the wrists to simulate mutant powers. I don’t know what else to say, it’s a Marvel Legends Dazzler figure.
