Fast ship and best attention paid toward packaging with care ! FINALLY , someone is producing a parking brake release cable that is the correct length for my 1973 jeep CJ5 . I purchased one in the past that looked like it was for a 1972 ? Long in length and incorrect for the 1973 - 1975 (?) with cable release before the rod release were implemented in the later model years . Thank you Barney’s Jeep Parts LLC ! A++++++++

You're welcome and thank you for the kind note. Youi wouldn't; because the hoops we had to go through to get the company to make this - same company that made that 72 cable. They already had the tooling set up, it's just a shorter barrel and cable length. We submitted NOS samples and drawings and finally succeeded because we specialize in 72 - 75 CJ. - Barney

If you have an old Jeep BUY YOUR PARTS FROM THIS SENIOR FELLA! (Barney). Even if it is a 1$ more it’s worth it as you don’t just get a part you get advice from a guy that knows every part of every Jeep from the 1940’s to the 90’s and history. I was buy some right parts some wrong parts for a 74’ CJ5 heater rebuild and he switched me out the correct part for my incorrectly chosen parts!
