Everything went together smoothly. I pulled a few stumps out of the ground with it and the ones it didn't pull up, it dragged my truck across the ground with the emergency brake on. This is the only winch I've ever owned so I don’t have anything to compare it to but for $270 it seems like a hell of a bargain to me. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and I highly recommend this product.
