Yes I contacted the seller on June 21. who did not replied to my e-mail. I placed my order on June 6. and was promised a delivery date of June 10 or at least by June 16. Today is June 25 and the item has still not arrived. My account has already been charged, but without receiving the item I ordered. What else can I do to get a refund???

Your order was lost in transit by the shipping company. Once we were aware a new tire was sent. Customer said he would revise feedback to accurately portray his experience, since it was a positive one, but did not do so.
