Superior product for plastic modeling
I've been doing extensive HO model railroading for decades and this is my preferred cement, by far. It dries exceptionally fast and strong, and is much less visible than regular Duco cement. Only a few hardware stores and hobby shops carry it, however.

Tested Duco Plastic Cement against Testors Plastic Cement.
Tested Duco Plastic Cement against Testors. Glued 2 sets each of hard to mate pieces of nylon impregnated plastic (washer) onto styrene plastic. After 24 hours, Testors did NOT hold, and came apart easily, Duco held TIGHTLY. Duco is a far superior adhesive for that application. Negatives: There are none.

Sets up fast.
A little thicker than other plastic glues so it sets up faster and you don't have to hold the parts together very long. If you make a puddle and use a toothpick to apply to parts it will develop a shell after a minute or so.
