This is a super good quality, way better than I have expected. The back is a full back protector. The arms have forearm protection, elbow protection, shoulder and collar bone protection. As I have said, this is super nice. It also has a kidney belt built on. I have two more chest protectors, another ebay one which was pretty cheaply built and the kidney belt velcro went bad in less than a year and a Fox. The fox doesn't have full arm coverage and this one is just as good of a quality
