Hi sss218, we apologize for any inconvenience, as a heavy equipment manufacturer we make sure all of our equipment is shipped to the final customer once it has passed our final inspection, in this case, the unit you purchased was a 2021 Surplus unit however we have approved the delivery of a brand new 2022 unit for you and keep the same 2021 price as a special approval.
