Fast delivery. Received it two weeks later with a ripped cardboard envelope and the book exposed. Glad it didn’t get any water on it or other damage. Happy he wrapped some clear tape around both ways, or it may have got lost somewhere in the mail. But I’m super happy I still received it in the shape the seller’s description said. And it also had no missing pages just like the description said, except possibly the last index page X-Y-Z , maybe there’s none?? Anyhoot, Thanks very much! Cheers
