Works great was the best price and was just as described and what I needed. I was disappointed by UPS because it did come bent on the outside edge of the tray, but not really a concern for me. Did make a few adjustments to make this rack California Legal, so added three red center lights or ICC lights and used a few brackets to relocate my license plate. I will say that I am greatly pleased with the total outcome and extra parts only cost about $50.00
