EICO Electronic Voltmeter OHM Meter — Partially Tested/Working — Model 249. Item is partially tested and working. Item powers on. Pictured. No further testing has been done, as I don’t have the equipment to test. Prior to taking the photos for eBay, I pulled a corroded size D battery out of the unit. Aesthetically, item is in good/moderate condition, with some signs of wear. Blemishes are minor/moderate scuffs/scratches on the unit. Pictured. Packed with care inside bubble wrap, and a brand new shipping box with newsprint filler. (2S7)
