Item arrived damaged. Shipped in original retail box with no padding if dropped and/or thrown. It should've been placed in another box surrounded by foam, peanuts, etc. Warped & doesn't lay flat. Upper right corner separated from base plate & bent out of shape. Right burner d/n work. Left burner appears to be working. Sent photos. Seller offered 80% refund avoiding a return & I agreed. 1st refund was 50%. On inquiry seller refunded remaining balance. All-in-all, a very disturbing transaction.
