    Abbott and Costello Play Ghouls On First!

    A longtime fan of A&C ever since I was a kid. A&C Meet Frankenstein is one of my favorite horror comedies ever...utilizing both the studio's top comedy team and the Universal monsters with Jack Pierce's classic trademark make-ups...comedians and monsters both staying within their well-known roles. Great gags by A&C ("That's the bunk." "That's what I'm saying, that"s Dracula's bunk!" A&C Meet the Mummy is also quite appealing despite lack of name co-stars, the Invisible Man is okay, Jeckyll and Hyde is great with it's use of Boris Karloff, always guaranteed to provide some extra class. This is a great theme idea. I just wish they could've added Hold That Ghost.

    Disappointed!

    I purchased this set looking forward to watching Abbott and Castello meets the mummy and the invisible man, as listed on the cover, not to get a theatrical trailer of the movies. I am highly disappointed in this set.

    Abbott and Costello at their best

    Abbott and Costello Meet the Monsters is a funny good time, with all the great Universal movie monsters like Dracula, Frankenstein's Monster, Wolfman and the Mummy. Abbott and Costello are at their best as film stars in this collection. I highly recommend this set for all ages.

    Classic Monsters meet Classic Abbott and Costello

    First I was just looking Meet the Mummy for only a couple of dollars more I got the Collection and it was/is worth it! Abbott and Costello do their version of 'Who's on First' modified in Frankenstein, which has Dracula, the Wolf man and a guest appearance (?) of the Invisible man

    Grew up watching

    These were some of my favorite movies as a kid. I had a few uncles that were WWll veterans and my family would visit every Sunday after church. An uncle that was a cook in the navy would have homemade pizza and an Abbott and Costello movie waiting. Although Sunday's were all great, my absolute favorite were the monster movies, these movies made me the fan of movies that I am today.
