Just spend the difference to buy the product directly from the manufacturer.
For an item described as indestructible by the manufacturer it's pretty destructable. The hook to tie onto broke off after just a two months of casual use floating on the lake, and I've had to contact the manufacturer twice because the Bluetooth pairing ceased working. The manufacturer gave me different button combinations to press and hold each time, so hoping they don't run out of combinations before it's even close to the warranty time frame you'd get buying straight off the Altec website.
