"The item was advertised as free shipping. It did not arrive and the tracking showed that it had arrived at my post office so I waited a few days and when it didn’t get delivered to my address I went to the post office. They said there was postage due on the item because the seller paid for letter postage and not package price. I then refused the package and it was returned to the seller. I had messaged the seller twice telling them I would still like the item and no response.
