Works as it should...
It's exactly as expected. I use both these and the hard versions. I like these because they can be cut into any shape using almost with very basic tools. Yet they hold up to heat very well. I cut mine so that my little ceramic dish & holder set right into it so gold & silver melt much faster than if the tool was just set on the brick or even in between them.
