This is our second units which we purchased from Senville . (Both units are 24k, one is wall mounting, the other is floor mounting, outdoor condensers are identical. The reason why we bought two: First, quality, it has been a big surprised and Wow, when we first installed the wall mounting, from the materials to performance of the systems: quiet, strong, efficient. We've used to have Samsung systems in our condo, but to compare, this Senville is far and beyond our expectation. Very good value, so that is why we bought two systems, one is not enough but two are a little bit extra. However, we switch them back and forth in between both of them. Warm, and great deal
So this heat pump has been a pure work horse and heated well down to 0 Fahrenheit and the company has been great to work with, my only regret was that I wish the other two mini splits I already had would have been senville and come from this company . I would encourage anyone looking for a mini split to go for it with senville because they stand behind there products so far anyway

Hot Summer! 2 month review.
We have a 2,200 sq ft. house near Seattle. We purchased a single 24,000btu Senville mini split ac unit. Technically too small for 2,200sqft. however it cools our whole house. We switch the fan switch to "on" on our central ac unit and it circulates the cool air throughout the house. Why did we pick a mini split system when we could add air to our existing furnace? Our furnace was installed in the attic of our home, which would require a TON of work and a hefty price to install an, A-coil, condinsate pan (and hope it doesn't leak), 65ft. of lineset, and a giant outdoor condenser. The Senville unit took a few hours to install. The unit looks great, works well, is very quiet, and was just what we needed. Super Quiet, Very Efficient Unit
I wish we would have purchased this unit years ago! Install was not too complicated, cools EXTREMELY WELL, and this unit is SO SO QUIET! Both units (indoor and outdoor) are very well made. The pallet we received at FedEx (We didn't want them to bring a tractor trailer up our driveway) arrived w/three boxes. Did not expect the wire for the inside/outside linkups to be there but it was! That was another pleasant surprise. Install went like smooth silk, all screws, wall tube, etc. was there. Looking forward to years of trouble free use. Installation facile en suivant les instructions, aucun problèmes , fonctionne très bien . On est le 21 juin 2020 et il fait 34c à l'extérieur à l'intérieur il fait 22c et la thermopompe arrête de temps en temps. Notre maison a été construite en 2005 et bien isolée. Easy installation by following the instructions, no problems, works very well.
