This is a good quality set of watercolor just the right size for traveling. The brush included is great for small work. I got myself a #6 travel brush which fits in with the original brush. The only draw back is that the cad red and cad medium red are so close in color, Windsor-Newton should really consider swapping one of those out for another color. I'm thoroughly enjoying making my own postcards!

Windsor and Newton are the brand that decided to use for many reason. Professional instructors used them so I decided to try them. THe colors are vibrant, i really love them. I can play mixing the colors and they are so smooth that are easy to mix. I wish they include a black in it. I am happy with my selection.

This set of Cotman watercolors is great because you get many colors and mixing areas in the set, plus a tiny brush. I did a fair amount of research before choosing this product and I'm not at all disappointed. Store-brand sets just don't compare, even for a student. Wonderful quality.
