the item came with 2/5 cushion fasteners ripped. the bed connects and sits at the base of the tunnel ring, which is ok but because of the hight difference and just the way collapsable tunnels are made, my cat is deathly afraid of it collapsing when she tries to jump out.my cat loves it otherwise.
