I bought the Casa Leo self cleaning litter box and it arrived a day before I was expecting it! It was well packed in the box and when it was delivered it was in perfect condition. Also, purchasing it from this seller on eBay was less expensive because I bought a refurbished Casa Leo Loo Too from the manufacturer. It looks brand new and it also came with a 2 year warranty. I am happy with my purchase!

The first leos loo I recived was unfortunately inoperable. But when I reached out to the company they were super quick to make the problem right. I was put in touch with a sweet customer service representative who guided me through the exchange process (which was easier than expected ). I had a replacement sent that was in like new condition! Overall I love how the loo works for me and my kitties! I definitely recommend the company and hope to order another one from them soon!
