so far in the 3 years of buying crickets , this is the best quality and they live till they are all fed off. Of course there are the usual fatalities,compared to the ones I bought at local stores and reptile stores for a LOT more cost, they dont die off within a week.
I keep them in a large container with clean up crew, water them a few times a day, kept in a cool room.Fed the best fish flakes and Repashy feeder foods and suppliments.
I hope this seller never changes their ethics an quality

Was supposed to be 100 crickets. Only got about 80 and roughly 20-30 arrived dead. I reached out to the seller, not to get a refund, but to inform them of the issue and advise against stuffing so many in one container. Seller NEVER responded. I can only imagine the complications that come with requesting a refund from this seller. Would not recommend buying from them.

All arrived dead was during a cold spell. Seller never responded to my messages, so no communication. No heat pack was provided either. Overall, not impressed with shipping, product (they were all dead) or communication. He seems to be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, no communication, problems with product and nothing to help them in the cold weather. Basically, no pride whatsoever, on what they are shipping out to people as long as they can do it cheap, to make the most money.
