Not a fan of the gel that comes with it because it dries too fast, but olive oil is a good substitution. Customs into CR was a bit time consuming, but I feel they did their best to make it simple

It seems to be helping with my medial epicondylitis in my elbows, in fact a lot of my pain have subsided, but I'm not sure if its due to the product. I can't feel it doing much while using it but I do feel a lot better since using it. I also think that if it was a little stronger it might work better. Now while I would recommend the therapy I have to also state that it just anecdotal to my situation, it might not work for everyone.
