I have never received a delivery that was so well packaged. No way was this going to arrive damaged. I have enough bubble wrap to last me until the end of the year. Cannot recommend Essexvacs too highly. Excellent communication. I could track delivery every step of the way. It was cheaper to get a reconditioned Dyson from them, than to get our old one mended. Firstly, we were delighted to find a refurbished Dyson at such a competitive price. There was free delivery, and we were kept informed of the delivery times etc. It arrived at the start of the two hour window, which was a bonus. We also received an email from the seller with a copy of the brochure. The vacuum cleaner was well packed and easy to assemble. Previous to this, I had used a Shark , but once I used the Dyson, it was SO much better at picking up. Highly recommended.
