This tool should be included in every Dyson vacuum ordered. Without it, it is a struggle to remove all parts for routine cleaning. It is very easy to damage a part when attempting to remove without the proper tools. There is a tight clamp that needs to be pinched together in order to release the tornado piece for proper cleaning. This tool that I found online and ordered very simply and easily released the impossibly tight clamp.
