I received my machine and there was a defect with it. I contacted iShopTops and they immediately initiated the return process. Once they verified that UPS had the return they immediately shipped the replacement machine to me. I had the replacement as fast as UPS ground could deliver it. The new machine works great and I am very happy iShopTops customer!

    Great machine I got this as an update to my old brother sewing machine. Works great easy to use just like my other brother but with more features. Embroidery was pretty as I couldn’t wait to try out

    Happy birthday to me!!!

    My first embroidery machine!! So far it has been easy to use. To be fair I really only read half of the instruction manual and I had no problem using it. This thing is solid too! It weighs 5x what my old machine does. 3 days in and I'm really happy.
