INADEQUATE PACKAGING (shipped in bubble lined envelope); battery arrived cosmetically damaged (scratched, nicked, and gouged). Seller contacted me via a personal call to apologize (stated norm is to ship in a box) and offer to make it right (I declined any recompense as the personal call was sufficient and an appropriate response to me). Battery charged fine, and works as expected in my Toro trimmer (have used twice now). Thank You.
