You know you are looking are real gold when you see this compared to cheaper knock offs or other metal that has gold color. Real gold doesn't tarnish so if you take good care of this and leave it in its plastic case it should look the same for a very long time.

Anything with CLAD on it or written about it is NOT solid gold and thus a waste of money, because it's just gold plated! At least I didn't waste a ton of money on it. I'm not saying it's a good value though, because I have literally no use for a gold plated piece of who even knows what metal is inside.

Terrible item the description is as stated on the item but not 99.99% gold not even 50% not sellers intentional miss-leading but who knows for sure either way a terrible item of little to no value which is most likely why such a good price.... Be careful when buying gold items they are not always what they appear or even represent themselves as.

I received the product well enough, but it does not feel right. Not like a "solid gold" bar. The "hundred mills" description implies to me that it is a slug with a layer of gold. Before I take to a lab, I'd like to know. If I melt this 5 gram ingot, will I get 5 grams of gold?
