This was shown as a multipack of 12 filters. The item # even ended in MP designating it as a multipack. Only 1 filter arrived. When I contacted the company they simply said the price was for 1 filter, and the picture of the multipack was just for reference. Why would a picture of a box of filters be shown if only one was going to be sent and why would the item # even state it was a multipack (MP). Very deceptive.

Well described. Nicely packaged. Promptly shipped. VERY quickly received. However, no assembly diagram or instructions of any kind. Sequence of seals, washers and compression spring washer VERY important. If incorrect, the monovalve will leak. Had to spend a couple of hours finding pictures of the "correct" stack sequence. That would be URO's fault, not this seller. Price delivered was competitive. So far, works fine!
