It's a great phone, bigger than my iPhone 6s+ in it's case. I'm barely learning the V20 but the features I've used this far are great. The negatives; fingerprint magnet and as slippery as a fish fresh out the water! My advice; order a screen protector & case BEFORE u order the phone or leave it in the drawer till u get those 2 items. Since this is a secondary phone for me, my V20 is in a drawer awaiting the case & screen protector I ordered.

The battery doesn't hold much of a charge. It dies out within less than a day, and that's without my using it. I've had to purchase a secondary battery. The phone looks good. I would have to say it looks new, but like I said, it won't hold a charge. Other than that, it's flawless.

Ill make this simple. The only reason you shouldn't buy this is if you have to have a Samsung. For nearly half the price of an S7 or a Note5 you get a phone with better benchmarks. The other features that the V20 offer, the second screen, great audio recording, a removalabe battery, etc. make the V20 a better value than the comparable Samsung devices. I was worried at first. LG doesn't have the greatest reputation right now, but the V20 does a lot to turn the tide. My one gripe is the short battery life, but I just bought an extra battery and charging station for $25! In fact, once the prices of the V30 go down I plan on giving my V20 to my kid and upgrading. As long as LG keeps putting out this high quality line, I see no reason to go back to Samsung. would be the best phone i ever had, back up batteries you need. the screen is too sensitive, no matter the adjustment on it pre-installed keyboard or swiftkey keyboard, still be too sensitive i gotta delete letters while typin this the apps and pages opens up even wwhen scrollin hope it's just the android 8.0 version issue i do like the features it has compared to the lg k30 and lg v30 didn't have

This refurbished phone arrived clean, and exactly as described. Within a half day of use, the glass covering over the camera lenses fell off -- I'm unhappy with that, but it is a vulnerable piece because the phone opens up for battery changes, and pulling the case off and on could disrupt that glass piece.
