The item is new and is as described up to a point. The right shoe appears to be running about .5-1.0 size larger than the left as described as size 11. Could be my feet! In certain terms they are running just a bit larger than a US size 11. Sorry about this the seller has nothing to do with the issue but I simply can t wear them :-( .
