Love these knives! Caught my husband using my 30 year old Henckels chef knife so I went in search for one he could have to himself. THEN, I saw these beauties! The rocking does the chopping. I am even more relaxed with those veggies. And yes, I hid these from my husband too. Got him his own chef, paring & utility Four Star set. Love me my Zwilling Henckels! Now I need a new dog who will sit pretty & pass wind whenever she hears the cutting board come out. RIP LucyLu, my sweet inspiration in healthy cooking.

There's something wrong with this model by ZWILLING. I used all ZWILLING knives and as soon as I took it in my hand I felt the difference, starting from the weight of the glove. The worst is the knife blade, starting from the middle towards the top, the blade gets a slight deformation from the left. But when you cut the onion you realize how wrong this knife is. I would have returned it without thinking twice, but my son has lost the original packaging.
