i have a RCA VIII rct6973w43 bought just a few weeks earlier working well. all my thumb drives will work with MacBook Pro, Linux-Mint KDE, and win10 no problems; formatted either fat or fat32; all are usb 2.0 one will reboot the tablet. one will make screen fill with distortion. my Corsair 2gb will begin to heat up. so had to unplug and before it burned up. fortunately did not burn my drive. downloaded an app from google store for OTG check and my RCA checks out as OTG ready. would have been nice if worked.

This tablet has a seven inch screen, but it has very slow performance. I installed an Intel Core i3 processor and a new RAM board in mine, and it fixed the problem. Without the upgrades, it is a good starter tablet for young children starting out in the information age. It will run fine for basic games, but will lag on high-end games.
