It looks brand new. I was skeptical at first, but the screen looks good and no issues..... update. The phone lasted 2 months and the screen went black. I sent the Phone into Asus Warranty dept. and they want $260.00 to repair the phone. I looked over the phone pretty well and I didn't see any damage to the screen or to the body of the phone. They stated that they found damage to the phone and it voids the warranty. I hear this a typical Asus warranty scam move. They don't want to cover the phone and fix the problem without being paid.

Absolutely would recommend to steer clear of these goofs. They messaged me one day after purchase to say the battery was defective.. The only way they could know that is by opening it and they specify new condition so they are obviously opening the product not to mention the auction says they had a bunch more units left to sell so why couldn't they just send me another one. Overall terrible, and would highly recommend buying elsewhere. 0/10
