Almost everything can be put in a muffin -- according to this book. Breakfast muffins we all know and dessert, too. We don't have muffins to go on soup but there are plenty in this book to go along with soup. I'm looking forward to trying out the Pecan Strawberry Jam muffins with my home made jam. I love that they have Vegan and Gluten Free. One recipe I tried was vegan, but I didn't realize it until later when I thinking about the recipe and about how it didn't have any eggs. They were delicious and not too dense. The global muffin section highlights recipes from all different countries. We even found a Hungarian Hazelnut Muffin.
