Valentine Garden Flag was packaged in thin plastic bag. USPS had their way with package & tracking showed it being shipped all over US- coming close, then far away; finally arriving 2 weeks late, with holes in bag & a grease spot on flag. The company was horrified this happened; very responsive; offered to replace or give my $ back. I cleaned spot to my satisfaction & will display next year. Proves careful packaging is important. Valentine Flag is beautiful; great value on price.

I ordered two Toland doormats and these items were advertised as having free shipping. However, when they arrived, I got a notice from the Post Office that I owed $23.10 for shipping! WHAT? Well, apparently, the shipping labels were identical … as if they were only paying for one! I have reached out to the seller four separate times asking for a refund of my $23.10, to no avail! RADIO SILENCE! Soooo frustrated!!!
