This poorly formatted book uses double spaced lines and unnecessarily large text resulting in a book that is much longer than warranted by the recipes it contains. Worse still are the obscure and odd recipes but lacks more common recipes. If you're looking for recipes commonly used for a pressure cooker like beef stew don't bother with this book. There aren't many useful recipes in it.

Looks to be informative and full of interesting recipes.
I bought a pressure cooker and naturally I wanted to know how to use it and how to cook in it. I haven't had the time to really get into pressurized cooking but hope to do so in the future.
