I was very pleased with the recipes from this book. I am a mother of 2 and like to use my slow cooker as often as possible. I prefer a vegetarian diet and I am now introducing it to my children. I found the recipe format was easy to follow and did not require any hard to find ingredients. My children have been asking for seconds of their vegetarian slow cooker meals! even my meat eating husband loved everything we tried. The only negative is that there are very few photos. When I am making something for the first time I like to know how it should turn out or if I did it correctly so I prefer more pics but that's just me. I reserved this from the library to try it out and was so pleased I immedietly purchased a copy.
