Fairly easy to install. The remote is straight forward and easy to operate. Not as quiet as most ceiling fans but it's probably the speed needed on low to move enough air to be effective. Only drawback is that it cannot be flush installed, has to be installed with the down rod which has it about 4" lower than I'd like.

Extremely hard to install due to receiver having to be placed inside hangar device. Very little air even on high. Says it is 22 " but blades are only 6 or 7 inches each. Only rotates in vertical position, cannot be turned at an angle. Very poor design.
