Contacted the seller many times. Scanner didn't do all that it was advertised to do. Took to long to get my refund. Had to pay for software update. That was suppose to be free. Would not give me refund on software. So I went to PayPal they got my money back.

Ancel-tool is the BEST; for communication, price, packaging and shipping. Buying a diagnostic scanner is tricky for a DIY mechanic because different scanners offer vastly different features. Ancel-tool customer service answered all my questions quickly and accurately and I ended up with the tool I needed. The only downside was selection of UPS for delivery. That company has deteriorated lately - or maybe not kept up with FedEx or the post office. Tracking is a joke; packages sit for days.
