I got this for my dad who is 82 years old. I grew up listening to Bing Crosby and have heard a lot of Frank Sinatra over the years, but only really knew Dean Martin as someone that people always talked about as being great, and of course the "That's Amore" we have all heard. While putting this CD on to a Cassette (my dad is not quite up to new technology) I was amazed at how fantastic each song was and the strength and beauty of his voice. The songs on this disc are all enjoyable to listen to...no duds. Even if you are not a Dean Martin fan, if you like Harry Connick Jr...you will love the voice of this man who I am sure has inspired many singing artists.
I'm 55 years old and remember Dean Martin when I was just a kid, loved his voice and music back then. Today I still love his voice and music!!! His( Dean Martin) voice has never changed until the day he died !!! Dean Martin's songs will live forever !!! I can't think of any of his songs that I don't like, I guess you can say over the years, I have never changed my choice for beautiful old songs and music !!! Dean Martin may be dead but He will live on forever in his music !!! May God rest his soul and i'm sure he is singing in heaven for God !!! 5-stars for this CD !!! Carlton dog4love
