This is the same model as one I have that stopped working. My old one, with the same model number, started giving me a printer jam message that I couldn't clear. I like the keyboard layout and size so I ordered the same one. The new one however, doesn't have an external power jack like my old one. I like that option as I have the adapter and don't have to keep batteries around for it. This new one the housing is solid and no jack is present. I found that odd as the model number is identical. At least with batteries the unit functions as expected. I would have probably passed it by had I known the power adapter jack was no longer there.

Read all info on DYMO LT100T prior to purchase. Stated it would use either batteries or a/c adapter, so I purchased the cord as well. Cord arrived first. Label maker has no Jack, so adapter was a waste of money. Had I known, I would not have purchased the unusable cord or the label maker. It does work well, but the labels tend to lift and it tends to jam. I've already gone thru a fresh set of batteries, which was my sole purpose for getting a unit that was ac supposed to be ac adaptable.
